The plane flew over the Alps.
It was so beautiful
I had seen the Alps two times. The first time was from
Germany and this time.
I thought I wanted to go there some day.
My room in Milan had two rooms. This room is the living room. They were large and comfortable.

I was satisfied to stay at this hotel.

This is castle Sforzesco which I went sightseeing in
Italy for the first time.
But I was not deeply moved.
Because the wether was cloudy and cold.
And I saw many castles in Spain, France and Germany.
This is black Mac.
Signboards in this arcade were unified by black color.
This arcade was attractive.
I was surprized when I saw this Duomo. It was so beautiful and solemn.
This is the largest Gothic architecture in Italy.
This Doumo is worth seeing.
Milanese cutlet. I ate this cuisine in Spain.
I understood Milanese cutlet in this place.
It was as thinas possible.
Then Its shape was large but very thin.
  
MILAN―(bus)−VERONA
This is Juliet's balcony. There was a model of Juliet.
Don't expect that it is wonderful place.
VERONA―(bus)―MESTRE
This scene is the first supper in Italy.
Of course I ordered red wine.
It was so good.




Mestre-(bus and boat)- VENEZIA

I expected that a boatman was singing a song and a gondola was making its way slowly
But I was disappointed because there were a lot of gondola
and he didn't sing a song.
BASILICA DI SAN MARCO
This church was so beautiful and solemn, too.
PONTE DI RIALTO
This was a odd bridge.
But it was very wonderful that the gondola was making its way under this bidge.

Spaghetti with sepia tasteed good. But marinade(fish) didn't taste good.
I had a long time to eat. Each dishs was served very slowly.            
  
VENEZIA―(boat&bus)―FIRENZE
I took a picture of church from boat.
Venetia is called city of water.
I was convinced when I stood there indeed.
Florentine steak tasted very
good. This was T-bone steak.
  
PIAZZA MICHELANGELO

This place was the best view point to see Florence.
In spite of early morning there were lots of people in this place.
Most of people were Japanese.
PONTE VECCHIO
Vecchio bridge was like Rialto bridge.
Both had many shop on the bridge.
There were lots of jewelry shops on Vecchio bridge and suvenir shops on Rialto..
DUOMO
Doumo is built of white and green marble.
Green marble were so beautiful.
Lunch was pizza. I expected genuine pizza. But it was very simple. I thought there are many kinds of pizza in Japan than Italy.   
There were fresco inside dome.
I was over whelmed by splendid view.
I went up 464 stairs.
An observatory commanded a whole view of the town. There were lots of people on it.
GALLERIA DEGLI UFFIZI
I saw some masterpieces of Botticelli, Michelangelo and Raphael.
Spring and birth of Venus is well known.
Today's supper were lasagna and soglioa alla griglia.
I didn't think that they were good.
 
FIRENZE―(bus)―ROMA

This is the restaurant. He played as a medieval knight.
I was taken a picture with him and demanded charges for a picture. But I firmly refused his demand.
Rare ham, calf and cheese were put one upon another.
I forgot the name.
  
CITTA DEL VATICANO
These columns are seen as a line of a column.
Actually three columna were behind one.
It was four lines in total.
FONTANA DI TREVI
I tossed a coin as Audrey in Holiday in Rome.
This place was very crowded.
It was a long time to wait my turn.
PIAZZA DI SPANA
This was so crowded , too.



COLOSSEO
Colosseum lit up.
It was so fantastic.
This place left the most favorable impression on me in Italy
I had a dinner with wine     
POMPEI

I wanted to go there from learning it in senior high school.
I was surprised to see this remains.
The scale was very large beyond my imagination.
I was thinking the people in those days walking in the remains.
This is a Apolo sanctuary.
CASTEL NUOVO
I saw this castle from bus in Napoli.
This is said to be one of the best castle in the Renaissance.
MUSEI VATICANI
PINACOTECA

This is a very faumous religious picture painted by Gyotto.
But I didn't understand what he meant.
MUSEO PIO-CLEMENTINO
This is Sala Rotonda.
There were many statues in this hall.
This is a yard.
It rained unluckily.
I couldn't enjoy walking in this yard.
This is last Raphael's painting
called Transfigurazione.
I knew name of him but I couldn't have a chance to see his works.
I'm not a Christian but this gave me deep impression.
